Places to get sounds

Hey people. Was wondering if anyone knows any sites that collect sounds. I want some sounds to use in the website (entrance cool sounding chime or something don't really know for sure), but i have yet to find what I want. So any suggestions? Thanks.

you also might want to check out
www.ilovewavs.com
they have a sound effects section, with a whole bunch of sound effects. for example, if you want windows start sounds, go to the windows startup link on the main page. That is just an example. The site seems very accessible.

Yeah, i know about that site, but it never seems to load for me. I went to the home page and clicked on one of the categories, but the page doesn't come up.

You can go to google and type in .wav sounds or something like that and a whole bunch of pages will come up.
